I can't get my file to open.
Please be sure that you have downloaded the latest version of Acrobat Adobe Reader. Many of our patterns will not download correctly using the older versions. You can check for updates in your current program under the Help menu, or visit Adobe Reader to download the most current version here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/
You can always download the most up to date file from your customer account at Pixie Faire, (as they can get damaged in sending). Simply click on the blue circle next to each order number to see the patterns within it, and download any you need.
